The objective of this research was to examine and forecast the factors influencing+g the performance of the Lorestan Railway General Administration. The research was designed as an applied study, using a descriptive survey method. The statistical population included 60 employees of the Lorestan Railway General Administration, and a simple random sample of 52 individuals was selected using the Cochran's formula. To analyze the data, data mining methods and linear regression were used to predict the factors affecting organizational performance, and the random forest method was used to discover and generate hidden rules. Excel and Weka software were used for data preprocessing and analysis operations. Data mining methods and linear regression were utilized to analyze the data and predict the factors that impact organizational performance. In addition, the random forest method was used to uncover and produce any hidden rules. According to the results, the use of computer systems had the greatest impact on the organizational performance in Lorestan Railway Administration due to the characteristics of ease of working with the system, responsiveness to new needs, desirable presentation of information, accuracy of information, ease of finding problems, ease of finding old information, age, and education level.
