Pedestrians are the most vulnerable road user in traffic accidents. Social, economic and cultural are effective parameters in violations and errors of pedestrians. Attitude and behaviors are effective parameters in pedestrian's violation. The aim of this study is investigating the relationship between psychological factors and demographic factors in the occurrence of violations by pedestrians in signalized intersections. So psychology and a population data were collected by DBQ questionnaire (400 samples) at Valiasr intersection of Qazvin city. It also was used to extract traffic parameters of video simultaneously. PCA method was used for each respondent and the parameters were classified into six main components. A total of 21 discrete and continuous variables were collected and binary logit model was used to evaluate the efficacy parameters. Data analyses showed the male with 68.83 % have more portion of pedestrian' offenders than females. Also according to age frequency, pedestrian with 56.52 % have the most portion of pedestrian's offenders. The results showed that probability of violation reduced by increasing age. Also the results showed that the Psychological parameters of people as dismay in walking and Lack of commitment to rules are effective parameters in violation of pedestrians.
