بررسی تاثیر الیاف پلی پروپیلن (FRP) بر خصوصیات مکانیکی بتن غلتکی با کاربرد سرعت امواج اولتراسونیک در مناطق سردسیر

چکیده

هدف اصلی از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی امکان ساخت بتن غلتکی جهت ساخت روسازی راه با مقاومت و توانایی باربری کافی و همزمان پایدار در برابر شرایط یخبندان براساس آزمون های غیر مخرب می­باشد. بدین منظور از الیاف پلی پروپیلن که نسبت به عوامل خورنده و فعال محیط دارای حساسیت کمتر و مقاومت بالاتری می­باشند استفاده شده است. الیاف پلی پروپیلن به میزان 1/0، 2/0، 3/0، 4/0، 5/0 و 6/0 درصد حجمی به نمونه­ های بتن غلتکی افزوده شده و خصوصیات مکانیکی آن در مناطق سردسیر ارزیابی شده است. در تحقیق حاضر، آزمون­ های آزمایشگاهی مقاومت­ های فشاری، کششی غیر مستقیم، خمشی، دوام (سیکل های ذوب و یخبندان)، جذب آب و سرعت امواج اولتراسونیک انجام گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می­ دهد، افزودن 3/0 درصد الیاف پلی پروپیلن توانایی باربری نمونه­ های بتن غلتکی را افزایش داده و همچنین این مقدار الیاف پلی پروپیلن میزان درصد افت وزنی در نمونه ­های بتن غلتکی در سیکل­ های ذوب یخبندان به کمترین میزان رسانده است. همچنین، بین نتایج حاصل از آزمون سرعت امواج اولتراسونیک و دیگر آزمایش ها هماهنگی مناسب وجود داشته و امکان پیش بینی رفتار نمونه­ های بتن غلتکی با استفاده از این آزمون موجود است. بطوری که سرعت اولتراسونیک نمونه ­های بتن غلتکی با افزایش تعداد سیکل­ های ذوب و یخبندان بدلیل بالا رفتن درصد افت وزنی کاهش یافته است.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the possibility of making roller compacted concrete for road pavement with sufficient strength and bearing capacity and at the same time sustainable based on non-destructive test in freezing conditions in cold region. For this purpose, polypropylene fibers that have less sensitivity and higher resistance to corrosive and active agents of the environment have been used. In this study, polypropylene fibers of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6 % by volume were added to the rolled compacted concrete samples. Then, its mechanical properties were evaluated for cold region conditions. To achieve the goal, laboratory tests of compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, durability (melting and freezing cycles), water absorption and ultrasonic wave velocity have been performed. Generally, the results show that adding 0.3% of polypropylene fibers has increased the bearing capacity of roller concrete samples. Also, this amount of polypropylene fibers has minimized the percentage of weight loss in roller compacted concrete samples in thaw and freezing cycles condition. At the same time, it was observed that there is a good coordination between the results of the ultrasonic wave velocity test and other experiments, and it is possible to predict the behavior of roller concrete samples using this test. As the ultrasonic speed of roller concrete samples decreased with increasing number of thaw and freezing cycles due to increasing weight loss percentage.
