Abstract

using weapons against a civil aircraft and disrupting the navigation and air traffic control system is one of the most important examples of illegal interference in civil aviation operations. Icao has considered illegal interference as measures that endanger the safety of national planes and air transportation.

illegal actions of governments and persons attributed to governments against aviation cause the international responsibility of governments and the obligation to compensate for damages.

The responsibility of governments in international aviation law is pure responsibility so any air accident casued by military intervention and disruption in the navigation system and air traffic control in aviation operations and negligence by institutions related to aviation operations are attributed to the government and it automatically causes the international responsibility of the government.in the middle of this research the most important examples representative of the accidents caused by the mentioned interventions the merits and demerits of these interventions the exceptions to the military intervention the prohibitions and its consequences are analyzed in the light of international rules and documents (especially the chicago convention)
