This guide will help the authors of the article to prepare their article with the accepted design of the journal.

To write an article in Persian, use only Microsoft Word 2013 software in Windows with Persian features. Maximum number of article pages

The maximum number of pages of the article (including all sections of the article, English and Persian abstracts, sources, etc.) that are compiled and prepared in accordance with this guide, should not be more than 15 pages in the same format.

Foreign words in Persian text

For foreign words and letters, use the term and Persian equivalents as much as possible. In the case of necessary and uncommon foreign letters or non-term Persian equivalents, only in the first reference and immediately after the expression of such words, indicate its Latin equivalent in footnotes at the end of the article.

Footnotes

If you need to insert footnotes, Persian footnotes should be arranged correctly in B Lotus font and size pt. 11 and left-handed Latin footnotes in Times New Roman font size pt. 11 should be written at the end of the article before the list of sources. After the text, type a dot, then a space and then the Persian or English equivalent. Avoid inserting unnecessary posts.

Figures, charts and tables

Tables and figures (diagrams, charts, maps, etc.) should have numbers and descriptions. Table superscripts should be bold in the middle with a B Lotus Bold font and pt size. 10 typed and numbered in order of 1. Shape subtitles should be numbered in the middle of China with Lotus 10Bold B font in order of number 1.

Notes in the use of bugs

Graphs can be in color or black and white; But they should be in such a way that in the case of monochrome printing, their colors and details can be recognized. Graphs and figures should be inserted into the text and where it is referred to immediately. Provided, of course, that the columns on a page are not broken. The unit expression of the committees in the diagrams and figures is mandatory. The text of the article should refer to all figures and tables. When preparing diagrams and shapes, make sure that the size of the numbers, words, quantities, and curve legends are large enough to be perfectly clear and legible after insertion into the article. Note that if the diagram or figure in the article is in the form of an image (software output), it must be in full resolution. It is better to put the main file of diagrams and shapes in the text of the article. Examples of diagrams are given below (note that the diagrams themselves should also be in the center position relative to the two sides of the paper).

Another very, very important point is that if tables, graphs and figures are given as single columns in the text (due to their size and width), they must be at the top or bottom of the page. In other words, in no way should a table or text form be placed between two texts that are written in a friendly way.

Notable cases in the use of tables

Each table should have a number and title (description) in the middle of the table with the B Lotus Bold font and size pt. 10 are typed and numbered in order of 1. The tables should be inserted in the text immediately after the reference. The titles of the columns of the tables should be in the middle (B Lotus 10 Bold) and all the texts in the table should be in the right or middle if Persian, depending on the amount of text in the table (B Lotus pt. 10) and if they are Latin in the left (Times New Roman 8). ) To be typed. All numbers in the tables must be typed in Persian and in the middle. The unit statement of the committees in the table is mandatory. Each table should be spaced before and after the text with a blank line.

For example, Table 1 has been prepared according to the above guide. In this table, the type and size of font required for compiling Persian articles are summarized (note that the table itself should be in the middle position relative to the two sides of the paper).

Inside the tables, Persian numbers and titles should be used, and if a comma is used, type the numbers to the right of the comma and write the rest of the numbers. Avoid using a dot instead of a dot.

Mathematical formulas and relations

To show mathematical relations and formulas, use a two-column table with invisible lines according to the following example. In the right column of this table, write the relation number and in the left column, the relation or formula (use Microsoft Equation to write formulas is required).

If the formulas are prepared in word version 2013, the submitted file must be saved with the extension * .docx to prevent the formulas from being converted to an image. All mathematical relations are numbered in order of 1 and the number of each relation is separated by parentheses. Relationships must be written in font size 10. Two examples of formulas are given below.

(1)

Location of the relevant formula

(2)

Location of the relevant formula

If the mathematical relations are given as single columns in the text, you should arrange them so that they are given as figures and diagrams at the beginning or bottom of the page.

Conclusions and suggestions

The summary and conclusion section after the main text of the article is mandatory. If you have any future suggestions from the research, you can put them at the end of the conclusion.

Gratitude

If the article was prepared in collaboration with specific individuals or organizations, it is necessary to appreciate them in this section.

Reference

Follow the instructions in Table 3 to cite and cite sources in the text.

All references must be written in the original language in the resource list. But when quoting them in the text, if the number of Persian sources is more than Latin sources, all citations should be translated into Persian and Latin sources, and if the number of Latin references is more than Persian sources, the citations should be in Latin and the specifications of the sources. Translate Persian to English.

Important points about the resources used

To be up to date, at least one third of the references used must have been published in the last 3 years.

If other sources of information are used, such as: research reports, statistics of government organizations, unpublished booklets, websites, audio and video files, etc., use the APA method. do. All the items you see in Table 3, including (year of publication in parentheses) must be observed.

Note 1: Please note that if the number of Persian sources of an article is more than its Latin sources, citations should be provided in Persian and vice versa.

Note 2: References in the resource list must be written in full. In the case of articles, both Persian and English, the last name of the first author must be the first letter of the same author. And the surname of the second author, the first letter of the author's name. Therefore in the list of sources use et al. It is completely forbidden. (See Table 3).

Note 3: Regarding the source of the book, both Persian and English, the surname of the first author, the first letter of the same author's name, and the surname of the second author, the first letter of the same author's name, respectively (year of publication), "book title", Place of publication, publisher to be written (see Table 3).

Note 4: Resources related to the master's thesis or doctoral dissertation, including Persian and English, should be written about the university and the city (see Table 3).

Note 5: For resources related to conferences, seminars, etc., it is necessary to write the exact date and exact location of the conference.

Please be sure to add (in Persian) at the end of the sources that are Persian and translated into English. It should be noted that for sources within the text in no way from the words of others et al. Et al. Do not use and write all the names of authors and researchers, unless there are more than 3 authors.

English abstract

Please do not forget to put the English abstract without the authors' names in correct and fluent English at the end of the Persian file when placing the article on the magazine's site. Please note that if the English abstract is weak and incomprehensible, the article will be returned for correction. After accepting the article, the respected authors will be asked to send an English abstract with the authors' name and scientific affiliation.

Some important editing tips

Use numbers and dots for numbering, like numbering in this section.

There is no need for a comma before a semicolon, a semicolon, a colon, a question mark, an exclamation mark, etc., but a space must be left after these commas.

When using parentheses, use space before the parentheses are opened and after the parentheses are closed.

Do not put a semicolon after the publication date in parentheses.

Use a semicolon to write compound words or some similar verbs and words (e.g. humans, goes, decision, measure, beneficiary, region, same, etc.) [e.g. I want (wrong) I want (right)] to create In Word software you can use (ctrl & shift & 2) or (shift & space) or (ctrl & -) (depending on the type of Windows one of the items works).
