Abstract

The purpose of this research is to present a post-disaster vulnerability analysis for the designed transportation networks in Shahrgorgan, which is one of the most important earthquake-prone cities. This research, considering the analysis of the state of the road network after the crisis in the city of Gorgan, according to the various influential factors and access criteria of the network analysis, after determining the influential criteria according to the opinions of experts, by collecting a questionnaire from 20 experts, it is important and After checking the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha method, factor analysis was done to determine the important effective factors of providing services to people after the crisis. - Paying attention to the roads, respecting the distance and privacy from the rivers and streams, 3- Access to the communication network with the performance of the 2nd grade arterial roads were prioritized, which resulted in the special effect of the access and transportation networks. In the following, considering that the research method is in the form of spatial and network analysis in the GIS environment, all the effective factors in the city of Gorgan were analyzed in the GIS environment, finally, considering the knowledge of the different layers in the network in the current situation and also access The condition of the road network after the crisis was analyzed to vehicle-oriented relief points.
