English

The aim of the present study is to identify and rank factors of airport management with a sustainable development approach. The research method is a mixed method. The statistical population of this study consisted of two qualitative and quantitative sections. In the qualitative section, airport management experts were 12 members of the Delphi panel of the community. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of this study was managers and employees of airports in the country. The stages of implementing this study can be described in the form of two general studies. In the first study, based on the fuzzy Delphi method, the most important airport management with a sustainable development approach from the experts' perspective were identified, which are: data security and protection, alignment with global goals, examining the qualifications and credentials of individuals, developing a circular economy in airports, paying attention to urban infrastructure, creating public trust, climate change, airport logistics management, growth orientation, international policies and regulations, and managing change and economic calls. In the second study, the factors obtained from the previous study were distributed in the form of a questionnaire among the members of the statistical sample and the obtained factors were ranked using multi-criteria decision-making methods. The results of this study showed that the development of a circular economy in airports is the most important airport management with a sustainable development approach.
