Access, as a linking factor of land use and transportation, measures the ease of access to urban opportunities and provides the possibility of comparing citizens' use of facilities as well as evaluating the equality between different people and groups in accessing facilities. One of the urban opportunities is Health centers, which have important effects on the health of citizens due to the provision of health services. On the other hand, pay attention to sustainable transportation, such as the development of public transportation infrastructure, reduces environmental damage, traffic, and other social costs. The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze access to Health centers in Isfahan city by bus and car and compare their access distribution on a micro scale (statistical block). In this research, the GIS-based gravity model is used and various transportation costs such as travel time value, car depreciation, car fuel consumption cost and fare are included in the access calculation. Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve use in this study to evaluate and compare inequality in access to transportation facilities and Health centers for bus and car. The results show that the central areas of Isfahan city have more access potential than other areas due to the high density of land use and transportation facilities (stations and various public transportation lines). In general, access by public transportation is weaker than by private car, and the lack of public transportation facilities has increased the inequality in access to this system compared to private car.
