بررسی تأثیر قابلیت اطمینان زمان سفر در مدل انتخاب گونه حمل‌ونقل بار ریلی و جاده‌ای

چکیده

قابلیت اطمینان به زمان سفر  متغیر مهمی در انتخاب طریقه ریلی و جاده ای حمل بار است که تحقیقات صورت گرفته در مورد آن در دنیا بیشتر با داده‌های ترجیحات بیان‌شده بوده است و پژوهشی در حمل و نقل بار با محوریت داده های ترجیحات آشکار شده که متغیرهای قابلیت اطمینان را نیز در نظر گرفته باشد در ایران و جهان انجام نشده است. پژوهش پیش رو  در نظر دارد متغیرهای مختلف قابلیت اطمینان مؤثر در انتخاب طریقه حمل بار را که از بارنامه‌های ثبت‌شده ریل و جاده، در کنار سایر متغیرهای مؤثر در نظر بگیرد. در این مقاله، انتخاب وسیله بین ریل و جاده برای 10 گروه کالا بررسی می‌شود. متغیرهای مختلف قابلیت اطمینان معرفی شده منابع قبلی به‌علاوه متغیرهای جدید این پژوهش بر اساس اطلاعات زمان سفر  ساخته شدند و همبستگی آنها  با سهم ریل بررسی‌شده و متغیرهای با همبستگی بالاتر در مدل لوجیت همفزون وزن‌دار در کنار دیگر متغیرها مانند زمان سفر، هزینه، انبوه بودن و نوع کالا آزموده می‌شوند. در اکثر گروه‌های کالا،  متغیر نسبت محموله‌های به مقصد رسیده در بازه  10% کمتر و بیشتر از میانگین زمان سفر (90% تا 110% میانگین زمان سفر) معناداری بیشتری داشته است. گروه کالاهای کانتینری و مواد غذایی به ترتیب بیشترین حساسیت را نسبت به قابلیت اطمینان داشته و ارسال به‌موقع مرسولات، می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در جذب این بارها  از جاده داشته باشد. گروه کالای معدنی حساسیت کمتری نسبت به قابلیت اطمینان زمان سفر دارد و در این گروه متغیرهایی مانند هزینه نقش مهم‌تری در انتخاب وسیله دارند.

One of the most important factors influencing mode choice in freight transport between rail and road is travel time reliability, which has been researched in the world more around the stated preferences [SP] data also to the best knowledge of the authors there is no research formed with revealed preferences data in Iran.  The present study intends to conduct this research using the data of the revealed preferences of the registered bill of lading of rail and road and the travel time of freight trains and in terms of various variables of reliability. In this article, the choice of mode between rail and road for 10 groups of goods is examined. Initially, the various variables of reliability that were previously introduced in the sources related to freight and passenger transport, in addition to the new variables of this study were made based on the travel time information. In most groups of goods, the variable of shipments ratio in the range of 10% of the average travel time was more significant. One of the outstanding results of this research is that the group of containerized goods and foodstuffs are the most sensitive to reliability, respectively, and on time delivery of shipments can play an effective role in attracting these loads from the road. The group of mineral goods is less sensitive to the reliability of travel time, and in this group, variables such as cost play a more important role in the choice of transport mode.
