مدل ریاضی چند هدفه برای مساله تولید-موجودی-مسیریابی دو مرحله‌ای محصولات دارویی

چکیده

زنجیره تأمین دارو بخشی از سیستم سلامت است که اهمیت بسزایی در افزایش سلامت جامعه دارد و از این رو یک مساله حیاتی و اساسی در هر کشوری است. در این مقاله سعی شده است با بررسی مساله یکپارچه تولید-موجودی-مسیریابی با یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های حال حاضر صنعت دارو، یعنی عدم هماهنگی بین بخش‌های مختلف زنجیره، مقابله شود. مساله مورد بررسی دارای دو تابع هدف است که تابع هدف اول آن کمینه‌سازی هزینه‌های کل سیستم شامل هزینه‌های ثابت و متغیر تولید، انتقال دارو بین سطوح مختلف، نگهداری و فساد محصولات و تابع هدف دوم کمینه‌سازی تاثیرات زیست محیطی ناشی از تولید و انتقال داروها می‌باشد. بعلاوه در این مساله، حالت تولید توسط چند تولیدکننده مختلف و توزیع دومرحله‌ای نیز در نظر گرفته شده‌اند. ‌پس از ارایه مدل ریاضی مساله مذکور، به منظور مقابله با تغییرات تقاضا از رویکرد تصادفی سناریو محور به منظور مدلسازی استفاده می‌شود. همچنین مدل مذکور در شرکت داروسازی بایرپل فناور پیاده‌سازی و نتایج تحلیل و بررسی می‌شود. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش تقاضا موجب افزایش هر دو تابع هدف مساله می‌شود. در انتها نیز روی دو پارامتر مساله تحلیل حساسیت انجام می‌شود. همچنین افزایش هزینه های راه اندازی موجب افزایش تابع هدف هزینه و کاهش تابع هدف انتشار گازهای گلخانه‌ای می‌شود.
