Abstract

Location-routing problem has several applications in real world problem that make it as an interesting subject in the literature. In this paper a two-echelon mathematical model is extended with assumption of multi product, simultaneous pickup and delivery and soft time window constraints. In this paper, two objective functions are expected to minimize. One is the location and transportation)fix vehicle cost and operating cost) cost and the other is the fuel consumption cost.
It is common to apply various approaches such as robust optimization for modeling of uncertainty .In this paper customer’s demand is uncertain with discrete values in different scenarios. This problem is formulated as a mixed integer programming using p-robust approach.
Finally, historical data of a spare part distributer company has been investigated. The result of numerical example shows that, it is possible to reduce the scenario cost considerably by avoiding a slight increment in expected costs of the system.
