Because drivers of these vehicles are engaged in repetitive activities on a daily basis, they are highly prone to burnout. Burnout can severely affect drivers' performance and affect their behavior and driving style. In this study, the relationship between burnout and driving style of Tehran city bus drivers has been investigated. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires in collaboration with the Tehran and Suburbs Bus Organization and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that the incidence of burnout can increase the tendency to negative and dangerous driving styles and reduce the tendency to positive and safe driving styles. In this study, for each of the driving styles associated with burnout, a multiple regression model was presented in which the driving styles as a dependent variable and the dimensions of burnout as independent variables.
