This research seeks to introduce a scientific method and model for grounding theorists. The current research highlights the subject of suburban transportation's benefits via a detailed examination of the many important and useful areas of transportation. The whole procedure defers expert opinion in a cogent way, overlapping several community management aims. A model is created to illustrate the benefits, the internal connection, and their relevance to meet the study goals..In examining the benefits, it seems that contemporary societies' objectives have shifted toward encouraging sustainable growth in the coordination of urban structure and transportation infrastructure, and transportation issues have become a key concern. As a result, society's macro-management policies are pushed toward reducing the costs of this business's environmental and social tolls. A questionnaire is used to obtain preliminary data. The multi-criteria network analysis decision-making approach is utilized to examine the data, as is the DEMATEL method for determining the model linkages. این پژوهش به ­دنبال گسترش حمل و نقل عمومی بر اساس اولویت ­های جوامع شهری و حومه ­ای است و در بین روش ­های مختلف حمل و نقل حومه­ ای توسعه گزینه مناسب را مبتنی بر برجسته سازی مزیت­ های رقابت پذیری دنبال می­ کند. این پژوهش به­ دنبال معرفی یک فرآیند و مدل علمی برای زمینه سازی راهنمایی نظریه پردازان است. پژوهش حاضر با یک نگاه جامع به بخش ­های مختلف ذی ربط و ذی نفع حمل و نقل، به بیان درون مایه­ مزیت ­های حمل و نقل حومه ­ای می ­پردازد. در فرایند کلی، همپوشانی اهداف مختلف مدیریت جوامع  به شکل منسجم در اختیار قضاوت خبرگان می­ گیرد.  جهت نیل به اهداف پژوهش، یک مدل برای نشان دادن عنوان مزیت­ ها، ارتباط درونی و مقدار اهمیت آ­­ن­ها تهیه می­ شود­. در ارزیابی مزیت ­ها به ­نظر می­ رسد آرمان­ های جوامع امروزی به سمت استقبال از توسعه پایدار در بخش هماهنگی ساختار شهرسازی با زیرساخت­ های فعالیت حمل و نقل تمایل پیدا کرده و معضلات فعالیت حمل و نقل به یک دغدغه­­ بزرگ تبدیل شده است که سیاست ­های مدیریت کلان جامعه را به سمت کاهش هزینه ­های عوارض زیست محیطی و اجتماعی این صنعت پیش می­ برد. داده ­های اولیه از طریق پرسشنامه جمع ­آوری و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها از روش تصمیم­ گیری چند شاخصه تحلیل شبکه ­ای و همچنین از روش DEMATEL برای تعین روابط مدل استفاده می­ شود. https://jte.sinaweb.net/article_155503_5a4980e4cab681f542cbccbbe2bdad72.pdf
