بررسی حساسیت رطوبتی و پیر شدگی بلند مدت بتن آسفالتی حاوی لاستیک ضایعاتی

چکیده

درصدهای مختلفی از پودر لاستیک به دو روش تر و خشک به مخلوط اضافه شده و مقاومت کششی و حساسیت رطوبتی قبل و بعد از پیر شدگی بلند مدت مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان می دهند که در  روش اختلاط تر و خشک،  مقدار بهینه پودر لاستیک، که به ازای آن مقاومت کششی در حالت خشک و مرطوب حداکثر می باشد، به ترتیب 1 و 10% می باشد، که به ازای آنها، مقاومت کششی در حالت خشک در روش اختلاط خشک و تر، به ترتیب، 20 و 18% بیشتر از آن در مخلوط کنترل است. اما، در حالت مرطوب، مقاومت کششی نمونه های حاوی مقادیر بهینه پودر لاستیک در حالت خشک و تر تقریبا 0 و 17% بیش از مقاومت کششی نمونه کنترل است. در مخلوط آسفالتی بدون لاستیک و حاوی درصدهای مختلف لاستیک به روش خشک و تر، پیر شدگی باعث افزایش جزیی در مقاومت کششی می گردد.  از دیگر نتایج به دست آمده می توان به افزایش حساسیت رطوبتی در اثر پیر شدگی برای مخلوطهایی که لاستیک به صورت تر به آنها اضافه شده اشاره نمود، به طوری که نسبت مقاومت کششی نمونه هایی که مقدار بهینه پودر لاستیک به صورت تر به آنها افزوده شده از حداقل مورد نیاز مشخصات فنی کمتر می شود.  در حالی که، در مخلوطهایی که به آنها لاستیک به صورت خشک اضافه گردیده است، پیر شدگی باعث کاهش حساسیت رطوبتی می گردد و مخلوط حاوی مقدار بهینه پودر لاستیک دارای نسبت مقاومت کششی 98% می گردد.

Investigating the Moisture Damage and Long Term Ageing of Asphalt Concrete Containing Waste Rubber Waste Tire Rubber

چکیده [English]

 In this research, the effects of using different amounts of waste tire by dry and wet method, on the long term aging and moisture damage of a typical asphalt concrete have been investigated. Results show that in both methods of mixing, there is an optimum tire content by which the highest dry and conditioned indirect tensile strength is achieved. The optimum tire content for the dry and wet method was found to be 1 and 10%, respectively, by which, the indirect tensile strength in dry and wet method was found to be 20 and 18% higher than the control mixture. However, the conditioned indirect tensile strength of the mixtures containing the optimum rubber content in dry and wet method was found to be 0 and 17% higher than that of the control mixture. The experiments on the for both method mixing, the aged specimens  show that aging results in a slight increase in the indirect tensile strength of the control mixture and the mixtures containing different percentages of crumb rubber. Also the results show that long term ageing results in the increase of moisture susceptibility in the mixtures containing crumb rubber added by the wet method. However, the mixtures containing crumb rubber added by the dry method have a less susceptibility to moisture after long term ageing than that before long term ageing, for which a tensile strength ratio (TSR) of 0.98 was obtained.
