مدل سازی فازی زمانبندی کارکنان هواپیما و حل آن با الگوریتم بهینه سازی ذرات انبوه
مساله زمانبندی کارکنان هواپیما از مهمترین مسائل در حوزه تحقیق در عملیات به شمار میرود و به طور عمومی شامل تخصیص گروه های کارکنان به سفرهایی است که می بایست طبق برنامه زمانبندی از پیش تعیین شده ای، توسط ناوگان موجود پوشش داده شوند، به طوری که هزینه های مربوط به تخصیص کارکنان به سفرها، کمینه شود. مسئله زمانبندی کارکنان به دو فاز کلی تقسیم میشود. در فاز اول، تمام سفرهای رفت و برگشتی که شروع و خاتمه آنها در محل استقرار کارکنان است، تحت عنوان مجموعه ماموریت ها تعیین میشود. در فاز دوم به دلیل عدم قطعیت در انجام پرواز به دلایلی از قبیل وضعیت جوی آب و هوا، حضور یا غیبت کارکنان هواپیما، خرابی ناگهانی هواپیما و بسیاری عوامل دیگر، با استفاده از رویکرد مجموعه های فازی به مدلسازی مسئله که خواهان تخصیص بهینه کارکنان به سفرهاست می پردازیم. استفاده از تئوری مجموعه های فازی در این مسئله شرایط واقعی تری برای زمانبندی کارکنان هواپیما ایجاد میکند. در حل مسئله زمانبندی کارکنان هواپیما با توجه به قرار گرفتن در گروه مسائل NP-hard ، به استفاده از الگوریتم بهینه سازی ذرات انبوه به برای حل مساله مورد پژوهش پرداخته شده است.

بررسی اثر متغیرهای حملونقلی بر تغییر استفاده از شیوه سواری شخصی در سفرهای روزانه
سیاست گذاران حمل ونقل برای بهبود شرایط حمل ونقلی جامعه سیاست هایی را اتخاذ میکنند، حال آنکه شهروندان در رویارویی با این سیاستها، تصمیماتی را برای بهبود شرایط سفر خود اتخاذ میکنند. مطالعات متعددی بیانگر آن است که این تصمیمات غالباً منجر به تحقق نیافتن پیش بینیهای سیاستگذاران، در تجویز سیاستهای مدیریتی حملونقل برای جامعه میشود. در این مقاله با استفاده از رویکردی رفتاری، به بررسی نقش متغیرهای حمل ونقلی در تغییر وسیله استفاده کنندگان از سواری شخصی در سفرهای روزانه به محدوده مرکزی شهر تهران، پرداخته شده است. در این رویکرد با استفاده از مبانی طراحی آزمایش و مدلهای لوجیت، نقش متغیرهای مؤثر بر تغییر شیوه سفر از وسیله نقلیه شخصی به هفت طریقه جایگزین در اثر اعمال سیاست های مدیریت تقاضای حمل ونقل بررسی شده است. بر این اساس متغیرها به دو دسته متغیرهای حمل ونقلی و متغیرهای غیر حمل ونقلی تقسیم شده اند که نتایج مدلها بیانگر آن است که در تمامی طریقههای سفر مورد بررسی، نقش متغیرهای غیر حمل ونقلی پررنگ تر است. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که بیشترین سهم متغیرهای حمل ونقلی، در انتخاب گزینههای همگانی با دسترسی پیاده با متوسط 43 درصد و تاکسی با متوسط 31 درصد است. پس از آن، موتورسیکلت با 12 درصد، همگانی با دسترسیهای شخصی و تاکسی هرکدام با 10 درصد قرار داشته و گزینههای تاکسی تلفنی و تاکسی با دسترسی شخصی نیز به ترتیب با پنج درصد و یک درصد در مراتب بعدی قرار دارند.

تخصیص بهینه خودروهای خدمات اضطراری با در نظرگرفتن تقاضای گروهی
در این مقاله مدلی برای تعیین تعداد بهینه خودروهای خدمات اضطراری در ایستگاههای امدادی ارائه میشود. هدف از این مدل، بیشینه سازی امید ریاضی تماس هایی است که بلافاصله پاسخ داده میشوند. برای محاسبه امید ریاضی تماسهای پاسخ داده شده، لازم است که احتمال در دسترس بودن خودروهای امدادی محاسبه شود. نوآوری اصلی این مقاله در این است که هر تماس میتواند به بیش از یک خودروی امدادی نیاز داشته باشد. این حالت معادل یک سیستم صف با ورود گروهی است. بنابراین برای محاسبه احتمال در دسترس بودن خودروهای امدادی از معادلات صف با ورود گروهی استفاده میشود. مدل ارائه شده یک مدل برنامه ریزی عدد صحیح مختلط است که به دنبال تعیین تعداد بهینه خودروی امدادی در ایستگاههای از پیش تعیین شده است. برای بررسی کارآیی مدل ارائه شده، مسئله تعیین تعداد خودروهای بهینه خدمات اضطراری گاز شهری مشهد در نظر گرفته شده است. مدل ارائه شده با CPLEX حل و نتایج آن ارائه گردیده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که کاهش نرخ تماسها، افزایش نرخ خدمت دهی خودروها و افزایش تعداد خودروها میتوانند اثر مهمی را در درصد پاسخگویی به تماس ها داشته باشند.

بررسی تأثیر سختی تکیه گا ههای ارتجاعی بر فرکانسهای طبیعی و مودهای ارتعاشی تیرهای دو دهانه تحت ارتعاش آزاد
تکیه گاه های ارتجاعی برای بهبود رفتار سازه ای پل ها مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. وجود چنین تکیه گاه هایی تأثیر قابل توجهی در تغییر رفتار ارتعاشی پلها و تیرها و به بیان دیگر در تغییر فرکانسهای طبیعی سازه و مودهای ارتعاشی آنها دارد. در متون فنی، مطالعات نظری برای پلهای یک دهانه با تکیه گاه های ارتجاعی موجود بوده و برای تیرهای چنددهانه از روشهای عددی استفاده می شود. در این مقاله، معادلات حاکم بر ارتعاش تیر دوهانه با تکیه گاه های ارتجاعی تحت ارتعاش آزاد استنتاج شده و ضرایب معادلات به کمک برنامه “Matlab ” محاسبه و نتایج حاصل از آن با نتایج به دست آمده از شبیه سازی آن در نرم افزار المان محدود ANSYS مقایسه شده اند و در نهایت تغییرات فرکانسهای طبیعی و مودهای ارتعاشی با تغییر سختی های تکیه گاهی و طول دهانه بررسی شده است. نتایج حاصل نشانگر آن است که تغییرات فرکانسها در مودهای اول و دوم برای سخت یهای پایین، روند صعودی به خود گرفته است و با افزایش سختی تقریباً ثابت باقی می ماند، اما در مودهای بالاتر به طور پیوسته با افزایش سختی مقدار فرکانس افزایش می یابد. همچنین از لحاظ عملکردی مشخص شد که تکی هگا ههای الاستیکی در دهانه های برابر بهترین عملکرد را از خود نشان می دهند.

ارائه مدل شبیه ساز جهت محاسبه پارامترهای حرکت قطارها با رعایت جز ییات فنی مسیر و ناوگان، مثال موردی مسیر تهران- مشهد
با توجه به توسعه راه آهن و یا اعمال تغییراتی مانند احداث یا تغییر هندسی مسیر ، استفاده از ناوگان پیشرفته، تغییر تعداد واگن قطار و سایر مواردی که ممکن است به مراتب رخ دهند، حمل ونقل ریلی باید بتواند نسبت به این تغییرات انعطاف لازم و امکان پیش بینی های مورد نیاز را داشته باشد. این پژوهش تلاشی است برای ارائه ابزاری که بتواند با در نظر گرفتن جزییات حرکت قطارها، اجازه ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم پیش از پدید آمدن آن را بدهد. ابزار ارائه شده بر اساس مدل شبیه سازی پویا، واقعه پایه است که در محیط C# تهیه شده و به تعیین پارامترهای حرکتی قطار مسافری و یا باری در مسیر می پردازد. از خروجی های مساله می توان به زمان سیر قطار در بلا کها و مسیر، محاسبه مصرف سوخت، سرعت و شتاب متوسط و لحظه ای قطار، نیروی کشش لحظه ای قطار و دیاگرام مقاومت های حرکت قطار با در نظر گرفتن جزییات فنی آلات ناقله و هندسه مسیر، اشاره کرد. مدل شبیه ساز ارائه شده در این تحقیق نسبت به سایر مدلهای بکار رفته در نرم افزارهای خارجی، در بخش گا مهای سرعت، محاسبه سرعت عملیاتی، محاسبه مصرف سوخت، زبان برنامه نویسی و همچنین روابط بکار رفته در محاسبه مقاومت و نیروی کشش دارای تفاوت هایی است که از نوآوری های این تحقیق است. در آزمونها با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسی و همچنین آزمون های فرضیه مبتنی بر مقایسه نتایج شبیه سازی و واقعیات، نتایج آزمون ها بیانگر عدم وجود تفاوت معنی دار بین نتایج مدل شبیه سازی و واقعیت مشاهده شده بود. برای مثال موردی ، پارامترهای مسیر تهران مشهد محاسبه شد و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.

ارزیابی مسیرهای حمل مواد خطرناک مبتنی بر ریسک-مطالعه موردی مسیرهای تهران-مازندرا
پیامدهای فاجعه آمیز حوادث مربوط به حمل مواد خطرناک با توجه به رشد روزافزون حمل و نقل این مواد به منظور تأمین نیاز صنایع مختلف، مطالعه در زمینه حمل مواد خطرناک و بکارگیری راهکارهای مناسب برای کاهش تلفات را ضروری میکند. ریسک حمل و نقل مواد خطرناک، یک معیار از میزان احتمال وقوع حوادث ناخواسته و میزان وخیم بودن پیامدهای وقوع آن است. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی مسیرهای حمل مواد خطرناک بر اساس ریسک آنها است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، پس از قطعه بندی مسیر مورد مطالعه، ریسک در قطعات مختلف محاسبه می شود. محاسبه ریسک قطعات شامل کمی سازی دو مولفه احتمال وقوع و پیامدهای وقوع در قطعات است. این کمی سازی با استفاده از مقایسات زوجی در قطعات مختلف صورت میگیرد. با استفاده از رو یکرد پیشنهادی می توان پیامدهای حمل موادخطرناک را با توجه به نوع مواد مختلف در طول یک مسیر بررسی کرد. قطعه بحرانی مسیر از لحاظ ریسک در حمل ماده مورد نظر نیز می تواند معرفی شود. رویکرد پیشنهادی این پژوهش در محورهای هراز و فیروزکوه به عنوان مطالعه موردی اعمال شد و قطعات بحرانی تعیین گردید. با محاسبه ریسک کلی و واحدسازی شده برای محور هراز و فیروزکوه، سطح خطرپذیری این دو محور برای حمل مواد خطرناک با توجه به نتایج ارزیابی شد.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی اثر استفاده از الیاف کربن و نایلون بر عملکرد بتن آسفالتی
مخلوطهای آسفالتی قشر نهایی روسازی های انعطاف پذیر بوده و تحت تأثیر مستقیم آثار مخرب شرایط جوی و تنش های ناشی از بارگذاری ترافیک هستند. بنابراین، استفاده از یک عامل مسلح کننده جهت بهبود مشخصات مکانیکی و عملکردی مخلوط های آسفالتی امری منطقی به نظر می رسد. در این تحقیق، اثر دو نوع الیاف کربن و نایلون، بر روی مشخصات یک نوع بتن آسفالتی بررسی شده است. الیاف مذکور در سه مقدار مختلف ( 3/ 0، 4/ 0 و 5/ 0 درصد وزن کل آسفالت( و در سه طول ) 10 ، 25 و 40 میلیمتر) مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و خصوصیات استقامت مارشال، روانی، مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم، آسیب رطوبتی و خزش استاتیکی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و برای دو نوع الیاف با هم مقایسه شده اند. بر اساس نتایج آزمایش مارشال، استقامت مارشال و روانی ترکیب های حاوی الیاف کربن و نایلون در مقدار 3/ 0 تا 4/ 0 درصد از الیاف با طول 25 میلیمتر، بهینه اند. همچنین، تمامی ترکیبات حاوی الیاف دارای استقامت مارشالی بزرگ تر و روانی کمتر از نمونه شاهد بدون الیاف اند. نتایج آزمایش های مقاومت کششی غیر مستقیم نشان دهنده این است که مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم بتن آسفالتی مسلح شده با الیاف، در اغلب مقادیر الیاف و طولهای مختلف آنها، کمتر از نمونه شاهد بدون الیاف است. در بررسی آسیب های رطوبتی مخلوطهای حاوی الیاف مشاهده می شود که الیاف کربن عملکرد بهتری نسبت به الیاف نایلون دارند. کمترین آسیب رطوبتی در مخلوط حاوی 4/ 0 درصد وزنی الیاف کربن با طول 10 میلیمتر مشاهده شد. افزایش درصد وزنی و طول الیاف، موجب افزایش آسیب رطوبتی در مخلوط می شود. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهند که استفاده از الیاف موجب کاهش کرنش ماندگار در دمای محیط می شود؛ به طوری که کمترین مقدار کرنش ماندگار در مخلوط حاوی 5/ 0 درصد الیاف کربن با طول 10 میلیمتر مشاهده می شود.

بررسی تأثیر پیرشدگی آزمایشگاهی دراز مدت بر رفتار خستگی مخلوطهای آسفالتی حاوی سرباره های قوس الکتریک و کوره اکسیژنی
استفاده از تولیدات جانبی و دورریز در صنایع تولید آهن و فولاد (شامل انواع سرباره)، در روسازی راهها جهت جلوگیری از تداوم تأمین حجم زیاد مصالح سنگی مورد نیاز از کوهها یا بستر رودخانه ها، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخورداراست. تحقیقات گذشته نشان داده است که سرباره فولاد می تواند به عنوان جایگزین مصالح سنگی در روسازی راهها استفاده و سبب بهبود برخی خصوصیات مکانیکی مخلوطهای آسفالتی شود. با این وجود، رفتار و عملکرد دراز مدت این مخلوطها کمتر مورد توجه قرارگرفته و همچنین مقایسه ای بین سرباره های مختلف، انجام نشده است. بنابراین در این پژوهش دو نوع سرباره کوره قوس الکتریک و کوره اکسیژنی با درصدهای مختلف، جایگزین مصالح سنگی آهکی گردید. به این ترتیب که بخش درشت دانه مصالح آهکی به ترتیب با 25 ، 50 ، 75 و 100 درصد سرباره های نوع کوره قوس الکتریک و کوره اکسیژنی جایگزین گردید. سپس خصوصیات مصالح سنگدانه ای آهکی و سرباره ای مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت و همچنین درصد قیر بهینه بر اساس روش طرح اختلاط مارشال برای هر سری از نمونه ها تعیین شد. با استفاده از روش پیرشدگی دراز مدت مخلوط مطابق استاندارد ( AASHTO PP2 ) و انجام آزمایش خستگی به روش خمش چهارنقطه ای در حالت تنش ثابت، رفتار خستگی مخلوطهای آسفالتی حاوی درصدهای مختلف سرباره در دوحالت پیرشده و پیرنشده، مورد آزمایش و ارزیابی قرارگرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که در حالت پیرنشده، مخلوطهای آسفالتی حاوی سرباره نوع کوره قوس الکتریک بیشترین عمرخستگی و مخلوطهای با مصالح آهکی کمترین عمرخستگی را دارد. همچنین یافته های این پژوهش در حالت پیر شده نشان داد که مخلوطهای حاوی سرباره، حساسیت کمتری نسبت به پیرشدگی در قیاس با مخلوط آهکی دارد.

استفاده از پودر ضایعات زغال سنگ و آهک در مخلو طهای آسفالتی بازیافت شده با قیرامولسیون
در این پژوهش از پودر باطله زغال سنگ، به صورت طبیعی و خاکستر به عنوان افزودنی در مخلوط بازیافت شده با قیرامولسیون استفاده شد. همچنین پودر آهک نیز به صورت جداگانه و ترکیبی در مخلوط بازیافت شده بکار رفت. عملکرد مخلوط های مورد مطالعه به وسیله آزمایشهای مارشال، مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم، حساسیت رطوبتی و مدول برجهندگی ارزیابی شد. نتایج ارزیابی های آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که استفاده از باطله زغال سنگ و خاکستر آن سبب بهبود ویژگیهای مکانیکی مخلوط می شود ، به طوری که استقامت مارشال، مقاومت کششی و مدول برجهندگی مخلوط افزایش می یابد. البته اثرات استفاده از خاکستر باطله زغال سنگ بر ویژگیهای مکانیکی مخلوط با توجه به وجود مواد پوزولانی بیشتر در ترکیب شیمیایی آن، مشهودتر است. افزون بر این استفاده از خاکستر باطله زغال سنگ توانست حساسیت رطوبتی مخلوط بازیافت شده را کاهش دهد، در حالی که بکارگیری باطله زغال سنگ سبب افزایش حساسیت رطوبتی مخلوط شد. نتایج نشان داد افزودن 3 درصد آهک به مخلوط بازیافت شده حساسیت رطوبتی را به صورت چشمگیری کاهش می دهد. همچنین از آهک می توان به عنوان مکملی برای باطله زغال سنگ و خاکستر آن استفاده کرد، زیرا نتایج نشان داد که در اثر وقوع واکنش های سیمانی مخصوصاً در درازمدت، ویژگی های مکانیکی و دوام مخلوط بهبود می یابد.

بازیابی بهنگام جدول زمان بندی یک شبکه مترو با استفاده از کنترل کننده پیش بین و در حضور قیود واقعی
در این مقاله یک مدل گسسته- پیشامد بهبود یافته، به منظور مدل کردن تغییرات زمان اعزام نسبت به جدول زما نبندی در سیستم های ریلی (در اینجا مترو) ارائه شده است. در مدل پیشنهادی بر خلاف مدل های پیش بین، با درنظر گرفتن تأثیر تعداد مسافران موجود در هر سکو و تعداد مسافران موجود در هر قطار بر زمان بندی حرکت قطارها و نیز درخواست مسافران برای سفر بین ایستگاه ها، نقش مسافران در زمان های اعزام سیستم ترافیک ریلی به طور کامل در نظر گرفته شده است. در روش پیشنهادی جهت بازیابی جدول زمانبندی، یک تابع هزینه براساس عواملی که موجب نارضایتی مسافران از سرویس دهی سیستم حمل و نقل مترو می شود، در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنین محدودیت هایی از قبیل محدودیت سرعت، محدودیت سرفاصله زمانی به عنوان قیود مهم و غیر قابل چشم پوشی در یک سیستم ترافیک ریلی در مدل سازی در نظر گرفته شده است. در انتها با طراحی کنترل کننده پیش بین، ورودی کنترلی بهینه برای بازیابی جدول زمانبندی حرکت قطارها در حضور قیود موجود در یک شبکه مترو، به دست آمده و به سیستم اعمال شده است. به منظور ارزیابی توانمندیهای روش پیشنهادی، شبیه سازی های لازم بر اساس مشخصات خط 2 متروی تهران انجام و نتایج ارائه شده است.

یک مدل تصمیم والدین برای شیوه سفر تحصیلی کودکان دبستانی
لزوم کاهش تراکم خودروها و آلودگی هوا بویژه در محدوده مدارس، ضرورت استقلال شخصیت و بلوغ فکری کودکان با پیاده روی به مدرسه و همچنین لزوم افزایش تحرک فیزیکی و مقابله با چاقی کودکان، از جمله عواملی هستند که توجه به انتخاب شیوه سفرهای تحصیلی کودکان را اجتناب ناپذیر می سازد. توجه کمتر پژوهشگران به سفرهای تحصیلی ازجمله رفتار سفر تحصیلی دانش آموزان دبستانی و تفاوت ها و پیچیدگی های مربوطه موجب شد تا در این مطالعه عوامل اثرگذار بر تصمیم و نظر والدین در انتخاب شیوه سفر به مدرسه برای کودکان دبستانی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. تعداد 290 پرسشنامه بین دانش آموزان چهار مدرسه ابتدایی دخترانه و پسرانه دولتی و غیردولتی ناحیه یک آموزش و پرورش شهر رشت جهت گردآوری داده های اقتصادی- اجتماعی با انتخاب شیوه های سفر به مدرسه بر اساس نظر والدین توزیع گردید. بااستفاده از داده ناهمفزون و نرم افزار NLOGIT4 ، مدل لوجیت چندگانه انتخاب شیوه های سفر به مدرسه شامل استفاده از سرویس مدرسه، خودروی شخصی والدین و پیاده روی دانش آموز با داده های 162 پرسشنامه پالایش شده معتبر، حاکی از اثرگذاری متغیرهای تعداد خودروی شخصی خانوار، وضعیت شغلی پدر، درآمد خانوار، جنسیت، فاصله زمانی خانه تا مدرسه و میزان ورزش کردن والدین در هفته برای نمونه تحقیق است. لذا سیاست هایی همچون تشویق والدین به ورزش کردن و وجود مدارس با کیفیت آموزشی مناسب در کل ناحیه ازجمله سیاست های کاربردی از سوی آموزش و پرورش به منظور افزایش احتمال انتخاب شیوه های فعال (غیرموتوری) سفر مثل پیاده روی از سوی والدین نسبت به انتخاب شیوه های موتوری جهت رفع مشکلات تراکم خودروها، آلودگی هوا، کاهش استقلال کودکان و افزایش چاقی کودکان نمونه تحقیق است.

استفاده از پودر ضایعات زغالسنگ و آهک در مخلوطهای آسفالتی بازیافتشده با قیرامولسیون
مزایای فنی، زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی فناوری بازیافت سرد بهعنوان یک روش کارآمد برای بهسازی روسازیهای بتنآسفالتی بهخوبی شناخته شدهاست. امروزه، برای بهبود وضعیت اجرا و ارتقاء عملکرد مخلوطهای بازیافتشده از افزودنی استفاده میشود. هزینهی زیاد تهیه افزودنیهای رایج مانند سیمان و همچنین آلایندگی ناشی از فرآیندهای تولید آن، باعث شدکه استفاده از افزودنیهای ضایعاتی مانند خاکستربادی رواج پیدا کند. در این پژوهش از پودر باطله زغالسنگ، بهصورت طبیعی و خاکستر بهعنوان افزودنی در مخلوط بازیافتشده با قیرامولسیون استفاده شد. همچنین پودر آهک نیز بهصورت جداگانه و ترکیبی در مخلوط بازیافتشده بکار رفت. عملکرد مخلوطهای مورد مطالعه بوسیله آزمایشهای مارشال، مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم، حساسیت رطوبتی و مدول برجهندگی ارزیابی گردید. نتایج ارزیابی-های آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که استفاده از باطله زغالسنگ و خاکستر آن سبب بهبود ویژگیهای مکانیکی مخلوط میشود، بهطوری که استقامت مارشال، مقاومتکششی و مدول برجهندگی مخلوط افزایش یافت. البته اثرات استفاده از خاکستر باطله زغالسنگ بر ویژگیهای مکانیکی مخلوط با توجه به وجود مواد پوزولانی بیشتر در ترکیب شیمیایی آن، مشهودتر است. بعلاوه استفاده از خاکستر باطله زغالسنگ توانست حساسیت رطوبتی مخلوط بازیافتشده را کاهش دهد، در حالی که بکارگیری باطله زغالسنگ سبب افزایش حساسیت رطوبتی مخلوط شد. نتایج نشان داد افزودن 3% آهک به مخلوط بازیافتشده حساسیت رطوبتی را بهصورت چشمگیری کاهش میدهد. همچنین از آهک میتوان بهعنوان مکملی برای باطله زغالسنگ و خاکستر آن استفاده شود زیرا نتایج نشان داد که در اثر وقوع واکنشهای سیمانی مخصوصاً در دارزمدت، ویژگیهای مکانیکی و دوام مخلوط بهبود مییابد

بازیابی به هنگام جدول زمانبندی یک شبکه مترو با استفاده از کنترل کنندهی پیشبین و در حضور قیود واقعی
در این مقاله یک مدل گسسته-پیشامد بهبود یافته، به منظور مدل نمودن تغییرات زمان اعزام نسبت به جدول زمانبندی در سیستم های ریلی (در اینجا مترو) ارائه شده است. در مدل پیشنهادی بر خلاف مدل های پیشین، با درنظر گرفتن تأثیر تعداد مسافران موجود در هر سکو و تعداد مسافران موجود در هر قطار بر زمانبندی حرکت قطارها و نیز درخواست مسافران برای سفر بین ایستگاه ها، نقش مسافران در زمان های اعزام سیستم ترافیک ریلی بطور کامل در نظر گرفته شده است. در روش پیشنهادی جهت بازیابی جدول زمانبندی، یک تابع هزینه براساس عواملی که موجب نارضایتی مسافران از سرویس دهی سیستم حمل و نقل مترو می گردد، در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنین محدودیت هایی از قبیل محدودیت سرعت، محدودیت سرفاصله زمانی به عنوان قیود مهم و غیر قابل صرفنظر در یک سیستم ترافیک ریلی در مدل سازی لحاظ گردیده اند. در انتها با طراحی کنترل کننده پیش بین، ورودی کنترلی بهینه برای بازیابی جدول زمانبندی حرکت قطارها در حضور قیود موجود در یک شبکه مترو، بدست آمده و به سیستم اعمال شده است. به منظور ارزیابی توانمندی های روش پیشنهادی، شبیه سازی های لازم بر اساس مشخصات خط 2 متروی تهران انجام گشته و نتایج ارائه شده است.
